The Endometriosis Nutrition Programme
A personalised 12-week slow nutrition programme for endo belly, gut symptoms and the bigger picture of living with endometriosis
Learn how to build a way of eating that actually works for your body.
Calm, Rebuild & Personalise
Endometriosis can take over your life. Here’s what I know and what I have leant from being a nutritional therapist and the mom of an endo-warrior. It can affect your gut, your energy, your sleep, your mood, your work and your plans for the future.
Then you go online for help and get a dozen different diets, each telling you to cut out something else or buy some expensive supplement or gadget.
My programme is different. It's slow, personalised and based on the latest scientific evidence. I start by listening to you, not by handing you a list of foods you can't eat.
Does this sound familiar?
Some days your belly can swells so much it looks and feels like you're pregnant.
Your bowel movements can be nothing less than traumatic, somewhere between constipation, urgency and pain, often worse around your period.
You've cut out gluten, dairy, sugar and more, and you still don't feel better
You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix because you feel pain even asleep.
You're recovering from surgery and don't know how to eat to support healing
You're taking supplements but aren't sure what they’re for, if they're helping, or if they’re safe with your medication
You're trying to conceive and want to give your body the best foundation.
This is all real and lived, and you don't have to work it out alone.
Who this programme is for
This programme is for you if:
You have a diagnosis of endometriosis, or suspected endometriosis and are being investigated
Gut symptoms and endo belly are affecting your daily life
You feel confused or overwhelmed by online diet advice
You want a personalised, realistic plan rather than another strict diet
You're recovering from surgery, managing treatment, or trying to conceive
Please note: if you have new, severe or worsening symptoms, such as bleeding from the bowel, unexplained weight loss or severe pain, please speak to your GP first. I'm happy to work with you alongside their care.
How it works
1. Book a free discovery call. We'll talk about what's going on and whether the programme is right for you.
2. Complete your health questionnaire. This helps me prepare so we can use your first session well.
3. Your initial consultation. We go through everything in detail and agree your first steps.
4. Calm, Rebuild, Personalise. Over 12 weeks we work through each phase together, adjusting as we go.
5. Leave with confidence. You'll finish with a clear, personalised plan and a better understanding of your body.
My approach is slow nutrition
Quick fixes and strict elimination diets often leave people with endometriosis feeling more anxious about food and no clearer about what helps. Slow nutrition means making changes at a pace your body and your life can handle, so they last.
The programme runs in three phases:
Calm
We settle the gut first. We focus on easing endo belly, bloating and bowel symptoms with gentle, manageable changes, not big restrictions. We also look at the nervous system, stress and meal rhythm, because a calmer body often means a calmer gut.
Rebuild
Once things feel steadier, we rebuild variety and nourishment. That means bringing back foods that may have been cut out without good reason, slowly building fibre, supporting regular bowels, and making sure you're getting enough nutrients for energy, recovery and long-term health.
Personalise
By now we'll have a clearer picture of your patterns. Together, we shape a way of eating that suits your body, your cycle, your treatment and your life, so you leave with a plan you understand and can keep up.
Preparing for surgery or recovering from it, nutrition can support healing, bowel comfort and energy levels.
I'll give you practical, realistic guidance for each stage.
What we'll work on together
Calming endo belly and gut symptoms
Bloating, pain, constipation, loose stools and urgency are some of the most common and most distressing parts of endometriosis. We'll look at what's going on for you and use targeted, gentle strategies, including a careful low-FODMAP approach where it's appropriate, with a clear plan for reintroducing foods.
Spotting patterns across your cycle
Symptoms often change through the month. Using a simple symptom and cycle diary, we'll look for links between your cycle, food, stress, sleep and digestion, so you can start to predict harder days and plan for them.
Clearing up confusing diet advice
Anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, dairy-free, "endo diet"... there's a lot of noise online. I'll walk you through what the research does and doesn't currently support, so you can make informed choices instead of following fear-based rules.
Cutting out unnecessary restrictions
Restrictive eating can make it harder to get enough nutrients and can take the joy out of food. Where you've cut foods out, we'll check whether that's actually helping you, and bring foods back safely if it isn't.
Bowel regularity
Regular, comfortable bowel movements can make a real difference to pelvic discomfort and bloating. We'll build fibre, fluids and routine slowly, at a pace your gut can tolerate.
Supporting your energy
Fatigue is common with endometriosis. We'll look at blood sugar balance, iron (especially if you have heavy periods), meal timing and key nutrients that support energy.
Recovery from surgery
Whether you're preparing for surgery or recovering from it, nutrition can support healing, bowel comfort and energy levels. I'll give you practical, realistic guidance for each stage.
Bone health
Some hormonal treatments for endometriosis can affect bone density. We'll make sure your diet supports bone health, with a focus on calcium, vitamin D, protein and other key nutrients.
Preconception nutrition (if you're trying to conceive)
If you're trying to conceive, or planning to, we'll include preconception nutrition to support your body, working alongside any fertility treatment or advice from your medical team.
Supplement review and recommendations
Send me a photograph of everything you're taking (front and back). I'll review each supplement for evidence, dose, quality and possible interactions with your medication, and recommend only what's likely to be worthwhile for you, so you're not paying for things you don't need.
Working with your medical team
Nutrition doesn't replace medical care for endometriosis. It works alongside it. I'm happy to work with your GP, gynaecologist and specialist team, and with your permission I can share a summary of your nutrition plan or suggest tests to discuss with your GP. Everything I recommend takes your diagnosis, treatment and medication into account.
Anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, dairy-free, "endo diet"... there's a lot of noise online.
