How it works
The 12-week Reset & Restore programme is a one-to-one, fully personalised plan designed to explore and address the root causes of your digestive symptoms rather than just managing them at surface level.
Over the course of three months, we look in detail at your symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle and any relevant testing so we can understand what may be contributing to issues such as bloating, reflux, altered bowel habits, food reactions or gut-related discomfort.
Each recommendation is tailored specifically to you and is grounded in nutritional therapy principles and current evidence, so the plan feels structured, clear and clinically informed rather than generic.
All support is delivered live in real time with me — there are no group sessions and no pre-recorded videos to work through on your own. This means each consultation can adapt to how you’re feeling, what’s changed and what’s realistically possible for you at each stage of the programme. We use our time together to review your progress, adjust your plan, and build strategies that are sustainable in everyday life, with the aim of improving both symptoms and confidence around food over the longer term.

Yes - in fact, that's exactly who this programme is designed for. Having a diagnosis gives us a starting point; my job is to understand what's driving your specific symptoms, not treat you as a label.

Not necessarily upfront. We begin with a thorough assessment of your symptoms and history. Testing is recommended where it will genuinely change your plan - not as a default.

Most of my clients have. That's fine, we don't start from scratch, we start from where you are. The programme is built around what you've already tried and what your body is telling you now.
